July 13 - 1000 Islands

Tuesday July 13, 2004 – The day dawned overcast and cool for our boat ride – a three hour tour - of the Thousand Islands. We arrived for our 9am departure and picked prime seats for our tour.

We hit the road around 12:30 with our final destination set as Sutton, Quebec – around a 250 mile drive. Sutton is near the US border in ski country. The area is beautiful. We arrived around 8pm with no car problems. Thank goodness! Tomorrow is Quebec City.
